Excellent services, very professional

Llegaron en tiempo, muy amables y profesionales, no rompieron nada y el precio muy bueno, los recomiendo 100%.

My experience with this company was a headache, time consuming, which it cost me more at then end because they charge by the hour including the time traveled to your destination . At first - I had my service elevator scheduled from 11am-1pm - I called 2 hours before to make sure they had me on the schedule, which it was confirmed by Mr. Diaz . Mr. Diaz tells me that a driver would call me to confirm arrival time . Drivers calls and tells that he is still finishing up another moving -and that he would be arrive around 1:30 PM. I said - I cannot - I only have my service elevator from 11-1pm . I called back Mr. Diaz - then he goes - its raining in Hialeah dogs and cats when in fact it was a beautiful & sunny day yesterday. Then - he calls another driver to make sure I have a mover by 12:30 PM . I had already called the office downstairs to change & extend the till 4 pm. Its 1:30 PM no driver no call nothing . I was already worried and needless to say stressed . I called Mr. Diaz back . His answer is raining when the driver is - and the something happened. Fast forward - 3rd and last attempt - the movers ended arriving at 3:00 PM - and finishing at 8 PM - which 2 hrs. were stuck in traffic, which I had to pay for them too . My advice is if you are moving and need someone whom you can rely on to arrive on time, with invalid excuses, and hourly rate including time spent in the traffic in addition to a fee to use the truck, which I think it was ok - but I also think that they arrived right before rush hour on purpose to charge more money .

AWFUL!!! This is the 15th time that I moved, and never saw such a unprofesionalism and bad attitude in someone. They subcontract a guy with his own truck who cane with 2 cuban guys. This 2 people nice but very nee in the business and the truck owner terrible, unrespectful and very tough.
A year ago I moved with same company from Boca to Miami, they packed everything and unpacke at new adress and charge me $500, with GREAT guys! This time They pucked up from storage, so NO packing! In Miami and brought everything inside Miami, NO UNPACKING!!!! And charged me more!!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED, DONT RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Many items Broken!!

I want to thank you for the great service . Every person whom I interacted with in your company did a great job (Amaury Ortega and Crew). They were always very polite especially considering that they move from 3rd Floor Apartment to a Townhousse with several stairs too. Group of 4-5 men. Movers were on time. They're decisive, fast and were careful with our furniture as well as floor. Their service was "very" economical. Would use them again and have recommended to friends/acquaintances. Moving date was July 2012.
