la señora Laura tiene buena voluntad pero su negocio es un reflejo de su cansancio , es grocera y no acepta críticas ni permite preguntas cree que lo sabe todo y lo exime de forma irrespetuosa, tres veces me dejaron esperando más de 3 horas no pude cambiar pues me cobraron todo de una vez, no mandaron mi prueba médica en mi paquete y no aceptaron el error , les solicite mis copias y me dieron dolor de cabeza hueltas y hueltas y cuando reclame todo incluyendo sacar copias varias veces repetitivamente de lo que ya les habia dado me amenaza diciendo que yo soy una ilegal y que si ella quiere me puede deportar eso es el colmo !

Very rude woman answered the phone they provide pretty much no information and they get upset when u ask questions to inform you self about the process... she was super rude doesn't how to be customer service. Terribleeeee

One of the ladies is very unprofessional. She doesn't have boyfriend so she is trying to get one instead of be professional and do her work right.... Very disappointed

This kind of business is not easy. It is too complicated and needs extended knowledge of the field and the use of several variables for each case. Those ladies do it all. They are professionals in the matter. Despite the environment that is too stressful, they manage to explain as simple as possible what is required to perform a good paperwork in order to accomplish our particular case. Personally speaking, I am very happy with the service I've got with them. They helped me a lot. I know that probably the business needs a little of improvement but that's only a detail. The thing is that the service and the goal they let us reach is worth it. I truly recomend it to anyone.
