The reason for the one star isn't for the doctors its for some of the nursing staff and other support staff that are incompetent not properly documenting medical records. Some of the staff appear to be hostile and uncaring. My child left here worse. Don't bother coming here take your child some where else.

I have had excellent medical staff take care of me. HOWEVER, the administrative staff and administration, starting with Mario Jardon, the CEO, down to "Lourdes" from the billing dept., do not care at all about the patient's well-being. Formal letters get ignored, rudeness on the phone, and no help at all.

I spent over 1 hour trying to speak to someone.This is the most incompetent hospital. The staff barely speaks English. The WORST hospital that I had ever had to deal with. NO STARS.

The incompetence of the staff at this hospital is beyond incredible. Most of them barely speak English. They all seem lost and give you the wrong information. The Doctor who evaluated my son, Dr. Xiomara Hernandez, claims she cannot fill out a form for my son's school that simply states what diagnosis she gave him. I've been waiting a month for an appointment with a therapist and have yet to get one and i found out today all therapists are interns, and are here for less than a year. So if my son were to start seeing one, they would have to pass him on to another one in a year, after he has built a relationship with that person. This is absolutely the worst place for mental health care in the entire state!

I can't even begin to explain how terrible not only me but a lot of other adolescents have been treated here. "At Citrus Health Network, Inc. we care about people" of course they do, that's why they just pump the kids with pills that do more overall damage and do nothing to actually help them. I HAD to go here until I was 18. I had been admitted 3 times and during my stay they treated me like a test subject and mistreated not only me but the other adolescents in the facility. In no way did they ever help and I have so many terrible experiences here that shouldn't of happened if these people really did care or even want to do their job right. I will sue one day when I'm actually stable because all the different pills they had me on made me quite a bit worse. Nobody here knows what they're doing and literally all they want is your money, I've even heard three of the employees state that. From how they treat the kids in here, I expect to see them closed down soon enough. I pray for the kids admitted to this terrible place that is apparently trying to "help".
