I am writing this message in the hopes of it 1. Never happening and again and 2. Preventing future customers from feeing the way I do.



Today I had to change my fathers brakes. As a AutoZone customer when we initially bought the brakes we also purchased the lifetime warranty. I traded my old brakes for some new ones at Store: 3930 E 204TH 20 AVE, HIALEAH, FL



I also needed to purchase a - front left caliber, which I did. However when I got home and began to place the caliber I noticed the caliber was the wrong model.



I returned to the store where a rep explained, that in some cases the box will say a its a model that doesn't coincide with the one in the box.



He told me not to worry, he looked up/called which store in my area had the piece in stock. The LEJUNE store (925 East 8 Avenue) confirmed they had the piece. He instructed me to:

1. Take the incorrect one and return it, then purchase a new one.

2. To take my original caliber and that they would apply a discount on that purchase.



Once I got there, we did just that. When I asked about applying the discount for my original caliber, the store manager -LUIS- responded he couldn't help me. He didn't even try. He was very nonchalant about the whole situation. So now for the third time I had to return back to the initial Auto Zone to have everything done correctly, all because he simply did not want to return the items on the system and charge me again the correct amount.



When I asked why he couldn't he stated it was because I didn't purchase the caliber there. We all know that's BS. Many times I have bought something at one AutoZone and returned it at another location.



When I asked him to return all the products and recharge me he said he couldn't do that either.



When I asked him "what if this specific caliber doesn't work? Will I be able to return it?" He also rejected that question and said he couldn't do it.



I will never step foot into a business where THE STORE MANAGER is unwilling to help.



I much rather spend my money with somewhere else.



Take this complaint and make it something positive, because you have VERY negative people who represent the company making customers feel like they should never come back.
