bigggest garbage in the whole world, if you wanna pay a lot of money for a car that is not worth a penny come here, service is horrible they are scam artists they fixed the cars so they run for a couple of days and then you are stuck, Warning DO NOT BUY a car from them. Es una estafa y un engano, no saben hacer nada, lo unico que les importa es venderte el carro, comprar un carro aqui es como ir a un junk yard. If you buy something from here go straight to the junk yard.

Don't buy a anything from them I bout my car from them and 5 days had to put a new transmission in my car! All there cars are junk cars they have a mechanic on staff so they can buy lemons fix them and sell them!

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE A LOT A BLOCK AWAY ALSO. the first day i got the car it not only broke down the steering wheel wouldnt work i couldnt turn and i could have killed myself if i would have gotten in the highway.



all their cars are in bad conditions.

mines had a gas leak, air conditioner only worked for a month and it broke down about 6 times in the first 3 months. AS a matter of fact. I ended up buying a car with another dealer because this car was unreliable. when i tried to return them the car they started stating that i would mess up my credit after they told me that they didnt work with credit companies. i have the car sitting there at my house. i have had 2 car payments for the past year because they are liars. they are all immigrants from CUba and they pretty much steal your money. i am a single mom that needed a car to drive my child to school and to work, i needed a reliable car, they lied to me and took 5,000 for a car that was worth only 800. according too 3 mechanics i went to go see.

This place is a SCAM. they sold me a lemon that they had rigged to run only for a couple of days. ALL, i repeat, ALL of their vehicles have mechanical issues. DO NOT buy from them, they are willing to do ANYTHING to sell their cars.



HORRIBLE customer service and they never pick up the phone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They seem nice at the beginning but they're willing to do ANYTHING to sell a car, Even if its a LEMON like the one they sold me. They rarely pick up phone calls.

Ernesto is a scam artist and will lie to you about everything. .. and mind you, he's JUST the sales rep. the upper management is worst than he is, and so are the receptionists. They are scam artists. Do NOT fall victim. ALL of their cars have mechanical issues and have been temporarily fixed by their shady mechanics. SEVERAL reports have been filed against them. its not worth it. find a better company to give your business to. trust me. you'll regret working with AutoMar in Hialeah
