Make sure whatever's stored are items that are expendable. The rats ate all the plastic in my LG washer. Have store items on pallets as to not have them on floor as place is susceptible to flooding. Rented a lot of units over years never had any need for insurance but I recommend it for any items stored here.

Moving is hard enough but with storage there is only one to trust. The people at HGS go the extra mile to be helpful and kind. Completely surrounded in fence with 24 access using your personal access code. We feel safe every time we visited our unit, even at night. They work real hard to keep the property clean, you can catch the manager on the property at all hours walking, picking up trash, cleaning units, watering the roses and shrubs. Very nice couple live on the yard, we have seen them out late at night walking the units. We had our stuff stored at HGS for more than 5 years with no troubles, we recently bought a house and now have a garage to put our stuff in, but may have to go back to HGS for a smaller unit because we can only get one car in our two car garage funny you can never have to much storage. We will recommend HGS to all of our family and friends.
