Dean Taylor from Thompson Family Plumbing in Hesperia, California installed a Moen Flo whole house water shut off device and pressure regulator in my house in Crestline on November 6, 2023. Mr. Taylor was professional, personal and diligent in getting the job completed. After he determined the required part from Moen it looked as if it would need to be ordered and shipped which would have put the job off for a number of days if not a week. After I explained that I needed to have the Moen device installed so I could have my insurance, that would soon expire, because of a new California State requirement that just went into effect November 1st, we began looking for another solution. After multiple attempts I finally found the part at Ferguson's in San Bernardino and Dean agreed to drive down the mountain to pick it up. Although the job was further complicated because it was required to be installed in close quarters in the back of a small kitchen cabinet. After Mr. Taylor completed the installation the Moen device needed to be connected to wifi, and he worked until after 8:00PM to try to get it to work. I finally got it to make the connection the next morning when Moen customer service was open. It turns out that I had to temporarily disable my faster wifi connection because the device will only connect to a slower signal. Thanks to Dean Taylor and Thompson Family Plumbing I now have my home owners insurance renewed for another year. David, from Southern California

Thank you once again to Thompson Family Plumming!… Granted, suffering from plumbing issues is never a fun time, but I am so fond of the business model and level of service I’ve always received from Thompson Family Plumming… I will call no one else. This week we had a plumbing issue in the bathroom necessitating professional help. I called Thompson Family Plumming and Ulyses Ramos responded. I cannot say enough kind things about Ulyses’ obvious ability as a plumber, or his exceptional level of friendly service. He explained all of my options, and walked me through the steps of choosing the right option for my situation. It literally took less than 45 minutes for Ulyses to fix my problem and leave me with a fully functional restroom at a very fair price. I have to say I have always had this type of service from Thompson Family Plumming and I cannot say enough good things about the business or its Staff. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Plumbing Service and ask for Ulyses.
