Terriable service, led me on about my dying dog making me think it had a chance of it surviving after over $500 fees. Refused to let me see dog while they supposedly gave it shots so I think they never did. Lady was super rude and self centered answered the phone when I told her my dog was dying by saying oh really like I made it up. I called to tell them dog died so no need to refer me to a specialist then I get two threatning letters in mail saying they would call the police if I called again, you cannot call this place they go ballistic and mail threats BEWARE!

My daughter's dog started having seizures she contacted this veterinarian and they said bring him in, when they arrive the receptionist informed them that the doctor left for the day because it was slow. They knew she was coming in. Seizures are serious. So we took him to Ark animal hospital on Bear valley rd.

Great staff and great doc. The people there really care for you pet!! If you live in the high desert area. This is the place for you and your pet. Highly recommended

Dr Ahmed saved my little dog Peanut's life. I will be forever grateful!!! The hospital is clean, professional and they use state of the art tests to confirm diagnosis. Dr Ahmed performed an emergency surgery; if he had not acted quickly Peanut's organs would have exploded with a blockage and internal infection. This condition was missed by another vet.



In my experience Dr Ahmed is the best vet I have ever encountered and I would hands down trust any pet I owned to his care. I have owned 4 dogs and 3 cats over the past 30 years and visited numerous vets in California and Hawaii.



If you love your pet and want the very best, this is the place to go.

The best and only place i will ever take any of my animals again. Dr. Ahmed treated our cat if it were his own. gave us a piece of our family back that we didnt think we would be able to have. cant say enough how grateful we are thank you.

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is due to the good customer service of the support staff and Dr. McMahon who assisted me and my pet. I received inadequate and extremely poor service from the male vet who initially "assisted" us. He completely lacked compassion, the ability to communicate outside of quoting a vet's dictionary, and was quite condescending and accusatory when asking questions of me. I brought my 14 year old pet here as her health quickly declined, and a friend's recommendation stating that Dr. Ahmed was good. Unfortunately, I was not graced with Dr. Ahmed's presence, but rather assigned a person who had me so upset I began to shake. I tried to explain that I wanted to ensure I did everything I could for my pet, but he was so removed it was unbelievable. When I asked his recommendation as to what I should do he replied, "I already told you"....Really?? Is that how you treat your customers? Had it not been for me informing the receptionist that I refused to deal with this guy any further, and Dr. McMahon (a more compassionate and patient vet) coming in to see me and my pet, I would have given this place a rating of 0. I may return with my other pet only if I am guaranteed not to have any interactions with this guy, but that's still up in the air. I wonder if the other dissatisfied customers had similar experiences with this same guy. He needs to find work in a field where no human contact is warranted, or get some serious sensitivity training.

This guy did what he had to do an left. Didn't want to talk to us unless we paid the price. Never going over there again.

Dr. Ahmed is a very compassionate vet who saved my dog Chloe.He has such a big heart for animals and treats them as they should be treated. It is hard to find a vet who actually loves animals, so I am beyond happy to have found him. He is not in the business just for money as most vets are. I will continue to bring all my pets there even if I move out of the area.

Dr. McClaine operated on our Great Dane when he was 30 minutes from expiring. He had the bloat (common to the breed) and she saved him. Every one was so caring in the office and he is doing great now as she fixed his stomach so it will never happen again. Our dog is like family and he is with us today because of her. She even came to the phone immediately when we called. He has also beat cancer twice and is living proof of the good care and prompt attention he has received since being a puppy with Dr. McClaine and staff. The care is not about the money; fees have been reasonable for the great services we receive!

The nurses and every one were nice but our vet was a b@*!# All he did was look at my dogs ears (at a quick glance) her eyes quick glance and teeth a quick glance and to get a tube were we would put the poop so they could test to make sure she didnt have infections 20.00$ and for a blood test 130.00$ i will never go there again and u shouldnt go there at all.

This vet is centered on money and not the genuine care for your pet. He is very expensive compared to other Vets in the area.
