Its amazing how you can do so much for a customer go above and beyond your job to help someone in need and after its all said and done they write a bad review. I guess its true what they say all good deeds go with being acknowledged. So to Mr john f. I'm sorry you feel the way you do but I have to say not a lot of truth to his review. We did a complete professional job and did it for less than a lot of other contractors. We completed the job and he wanted a lot of extras we could not do with put more money for parts and labor. We even did him a favor and made a payment plan for him which he stuck to. So in closing we hope that one customers opinion won't jeprodize any customers from using Craig's plumbing give is the opportunity and you will be extremely happy you did sincerely Craig's plumbing all work comes with 10 percent off any completed job with mention of this ad. Appeared to be on the up and up but then he seldom showed up on time and often worked for a few hours per day and then would leave. Dragged the job on for weeks due to this. Then I paid him the balance for the job weeks in advance to help him with a personal problem and he never came back to finish the job he was paid in full to do. I tried to contact him multiple times via txt message and phone calls and has ignored all communications for a month now. I strongly suggest you find a licensed bonded professional and DO NOT pay anyone anymore than for parts until the job is complete. Mr. Garrett Craig ripped me off of hundreds of dollars and is a very bad boy. I will be contacting the BBB to report him.

I'm new to the area and needed a plumber. Found Craig's plumbing through yp. More than happy with their service,professionalism, and prices. I highly recommend them!
