I had Alpha and Omega come out and pump my septic. They we early and got the job done but damaged some of the native plants on my property on top of that they took all day so I couldnt leave home until they were done. I think they overcharged us for the work they did. Very unsatisfied with there work.

I called Tuesday afternoon and they arrived early Wednesday morning as promised. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they got the job done. I saved myself a few bucks by uncovering the lids myself and using the $20.00 coupon from their website.

Worst experience. Price quoted over the phone and charged extra after work is completed. Withheld paper work and demanded more money. Do not recommend.

Very pleased.... These guys speak ENGLISH How awesome is that to find here in America . This company was pleasent on the phone , truck was on time and they spoke ENGLISH , Oh i already said that ..... HIGHLY RECOMMENED
