I've been using Mike Leonard's Plumbing for quite some time and on many occasions for a wide variety of minor and major issues on several properties - from minor leaks to severe water main breaks in the dead of winter under about a foot of snow. He and his crew have always responded quickly, efficiently, professionally, and friendly, advocating for me with the water company (saving me hundreds/thousands of dollars) and always having my best interest (and cost savings) at the forefront of their work, minds, and attitudes. If I had to say something bad about the company, the crew and especially Mike, I would be at a total loss for words. Unlike here. If there is a problem, Mike will be at the helm doing all that is possible - and beyond - to have a satisfied customer, a good result, and satisfaction of the problem. Forget the five stars... Mike goes for (and deserves) at least six.

They open at 7:00 with a live person answering the call, not a service taking emergency calls and were very courteous in inquiring about our problem ( a broken water line from well to house) then were on-site by 11:00 and had problem fixed in little time for very reasonable fee. My wife's email to me said "Nice nice guy". Summary impression, accessible, responsive, and reasonably priced. Sally & Paul in Hummelstown
