I was not impressed with this facility. I didn't feel like time was taken with us to help us with the dog that had been abandoned on our lawn. We had many questions and he had many issues and just felt like we were treated more as a number. Place was very crowded. Prices for services were reasonable.

Best pricing in town and fantastic staff. They offer Feline FVRCP FELV combo (two vaccines) for $30 per pet (I have three = $90) versus Countryside Vet in Mt Juliet that charges $25 per vaccine =$50 per pet (3x$50=$150.) I save $60 going to Value Vet each year versus their competitors that charge $150. The Dr. Mokhtari is fantastic and they have a wonderful Tech Toni Z. Place is always clean, and I have never waited more than 10minutes past my appointment time versus their competitor that have left me waiting for an hour! I would highly recommend Value Vet in Hermitage, TN.

We had to euthanize our elderly Dalmatian recently and found the staff and Vet at this location to be exceptionally understanding, compassionate, and caring, as well as thoroughly professional. All in all, they shared the pain of this terrible, but necessary, experience and made it more bearable by their kindness. Several days later, my wife and I received a Sympathy Card from the Vet and Tech expressing their sorrow at our loss. That was a beautiful touch that I had never once received from my previous Vet of 15 years. And, as an extra bonus, the price was half that of the other Vets in our area.
