I have lived here for 7 months now and I love it here. Compared to the other complexes around the area, this one is the best by far. A bit pricey, but that keeps the "trash" away. There is a healthy diverse mix of young and old people that live here. Good laundry facilities and nice standard business center. The workout room needs improvement and upgraded equipment. The spiders are an issue in the summer time. Its early spring and thus far no sign of them. They just changed exterminators and raised the pest control bill a few dollars on everyones so hopefully ACE will do a better job. Parking is not bad, about 50% of the time I am directly in front of the hallway leading to my apartment. No apartment complex can please everyone, so I give it 5 stars. I could go on with the pros and cons but overall the pros beat out the small cons.

I have lived at the Cove for almost 2 years now. Two years ago it was so nice, but over the past year it has gone completely downhill. The management is the worst I have ever come across. They are rude and very unprofessional. Recently the complex has started renting to the Nashville Auto diesel College and sadly has become very much like a dorm. There are parties almost nightly and in the morning there is trash/beer cans everywhere. There are roughly 4 to 6 kids living in 2 bedroom apartments and they all have their own car, making the parking nonexistent. However, all of the cars are a great thing to the people who have been stealing cars and car parts from the complex for the past year and a half. I am embarrassed to invite friends and family over and I am embarrassed that I live there. My lease couldn't be over soon enough.
