The customer service inside the store is always very exceptional, and the product range for my cat food is extensive.

Groomers are inexperienced and uninformed about prices. Grooming cost 40% more than original quote!!

I took my dog here for grooming and will not do it again. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. However, when I arrived home I found that my dog's nails had started bleeding. On closer examination I found his nails had been cut into the quick on several nails. I had large blood spots on my back seat and all 4 of my dog's white feet were covered in blood. I called the store immediately. All I wanted was to bring the dog back for the vet to exam his feet. I was told that the manager would call me back. It was close to closing time and I didn't hear back that day or the next. I never heard from anyone. This was the first and will be the last time I allow them near my dog.
