If I could give this man (Bobby) a 10 I would. We had bought a boat that ran great, then all of a sudden it flopped out at the lake. A friend help my husband trying to do a tune up, change plugs, oil etc. That should have fixed it, but went back out and it ran very rough and then sputtered and pooped.
Found Lakeshore in the phone directory of the web with several others, but we chose him and thank goodness we did.
We will never try to fix a Mercury 4 stroke on our own again. Without getting in to much detail, a few sparkplugs were stripped, and a few other little things and Bobby had all of the issues resolved and he was very fair. We could have ruined the engine with this a little more effort on our part, so we have learned a lesson.
He is a honest guy and quick on the work. Thanks Bobby!

After taking my boat issues to three different boat places with little or no luck at all I finally wised up and took it to the man. He is a total professional and a heck of a guy. Im just sorry that I did not take it there earlier. Take my advice and dont waste time trying to save a penny when in the long run you will regret it, especially concerning boat motor issues.
