I was very displeased by the outcome of my hair and experience I had there. It's like the hair dresser didn't give a crap about me, that she just wanted to make money. My blonde is two tones, and you can barely see it through my brown hair. I will never go back there, especially if I have to spend $100 on just half a head of highlights and lowlights that you can barely see! I'm so upset right now. If its a day spa, treat your guests better. Don't just walk away after you foil their hair to see what your other co-workers are doing. Make your guests want to come back to see you.

First time there was a great experience!! Jill did an ombre look for me and it was her first time. First of all, she was the SWEETEST girl ever. Second, she really cares about what you want and really listens. Third, it turned out EXACTLY like I asked and better than I hoped! My hair is beautiful and softer than ever!!

I'd reccomend Jill to anyone!
