Owner Jason Broyles came to my house and misdiagnosed a cracked heat exchanger on my furnace and replaced the electronics instead for $2,610, paid by my insurance. There was actually 20 parts per million coming from it, and I found from researching this that exposure to small parts per million like this over an extended period of time can cause health issues including heart problems, brain damage, lung damage, vision problems, sleep disturbances and memory impairment, or possibly death.
I asked Jason to just put in a new furnace. He quoted a 125,000 BTU furnace but installed a 100,000 BTU unit, saving himself about $750, and instead of $3,380 he quoted, he charged me $3,655. So he pocketed about $1,000 by putting in a 100,000 BTU unit.
He had said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my original furnace when there was actually a very severe problem with it. He endangered my family and pets lives with either stupidity or greed. I recommend no one doing business with him, ever.
