Do not waste your money buying flowers or having specialty flowers arranged for you! Horrible, horrible, horrible! The ladies who work behind the counter where they do the flowers at are rude. The flowers are always dead with rose petals barely hanging on. They are the worst place to get flowers from. I also know of a couple business' who have dropped them as their supplier due to the dirt poor quality.

it is a time honored tradition in my family to visit here several times a year and I love there Christmas and Easter displays any time I need a one of a kind interesting gift for someone special I have found it there there selection is amazing..... there's always something for someone's taste there ....I've never had to wait i line as long as people claim to see the displays 10 or 15 min. maybe but even when the line is out the door it does not take a half hour to get in....

I'm writing this review because I'm sick to my stomach. I used kraynak's to send my mother flowers for mothers day. The lady took my credit card no and asked for the expiration date and 3 digit code i had it written down because it was my husbands card the last no i said i was not shore if it was a 9 or 1 then i said I'm pretty shore it was a 9 thinking she was putting my card no in to the machine. a little while latter she said they would be delivered to the addresses i gave her i was also sending some to my sister. I then went to work. the next day i called and wished her a happy mothers day. thinking she will get the flowers. called her Monday and asked her if she got the flowers she said no i called them and asked about the order. the first two calls they could not find my information. the 3 she found it but my credit card did not go Thur she said we called you back you did not answer i was at work. when i placed the order i thought all was taken care of i thought she ran my card right then she acted as if she was. I told her even i was going to work and lived in ca.when we spoke again i was getting really up set they hung up on me 3 times after that pretended like they didn't speak English was so rude even with the manager he was a total jerk.I spent most of the day w/ them calling my bank to sitting in tears because it Monday and my mother and sister got nothing for mothers day in the last call i made because the manager did not call me back he said i can charge your card again don't worry we will make them a little nicer than you ordered! I wanted to pull that inconsiderate idiot Thur the phone.needless to say i will never use them again. Now I'm calling my mother and sister to let them know i was thinking about them on mothers day

Sure, it is a family tradition for many, and I would like to point out they have an Easter display as well as one for Christmas. It is great if you go during the off hours, but not worth fighting the crowds on the weekends. I enjoy it, but don't get overhyped for it, be cramped next to strangers in line for a half hour, just to take a five minute walk with screaming kids and whining teens. You have been warned.
