When I came to The Bicycle Store for the first time it was for a wheel truing. The wheel was ready sooner than I expected and still rolls perfect and true. Months later, bike's shifting was very sloppy and came in for a shift cable system overhaul. They fixed the shifting, adjusted the derailleurs and the bike has never shifted better. I trust them for any repair on my bike and I highly recommend them to any cyclist, amateur or pro. The Bicycle Store has friendly, professional mechanics and sales people and they love what they do. I'm so glad I found these guys!

The Bicycle Store is exceptional on every level. Mike and his family are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of bike fitting, recommendation, repair, etc. The rest of the team follows his lead, in caring for the customer's needs and honestly/fairly treating everyone who walks through the door. In this growing time of mass marketing and products going down the Walmart railroad...Mike constantly aims to move in the other direction...that of choosing to stock only quality product that will last for his consumers. My family has purchased several bikes over the years from his store. Regardless of the brand he will decide to carry, we will trust in the choice. This bike shop is a place you should visit from time to time. If you are an enthusiast like me, you'll be satisfied with what you'll get.

They seemed like they wanted to help but they didn't have any knowledge about bike sizing. They tried to put a 5'5'' girl on a 58 road bike and then they said she might be better on a 60. Then following that they told me a 60 was too small for me. I'm 5'10''. They were nice people but they really need to learn how to fit people to the right size bike. Really unprofessional.
