I took our little guy ( Yorkie) here after a dreaded visit elsewhere....They did a most OUTSTANDING JOB! The whole family loved the way he looked and smelled. The staff is so very nice from the phone call to place appointment all the way to pick up of our little guy. He was nervous going in but relaxed when I went to get him and he wasn't mad at me and pouting for the rest of the day like when I took him to the "other" place. Pet Parade is our one and only groomer from now on! Excellent! Oh and they are very knowledgeable in each breed.
