Bischoff and his associates are deceitful, unscrupulous, exploitative leeches. In dealing with the settling of an estate, his office continued to send letters claiming (supposedly on behalf of Henrico County) that I owed his office money (with no explanation whatsoever detailing the amounts supposedly owed) when the estate in question had been settled appropriately with all forms, paperwork, etc. clearly filled out, sticky-note labeled, and submitted. The lack of justification for his harassment and the absurd "ASAP" deadlines (which would, many months later, produce more letters from him demanding additional payments) demonstrate the inauthenticity of his work on behalf of the county government and his lack of respect and appropriateness in dealing with its citizens.

If you have any personal belief in right and wrong at all, I implore you not to give support to this arrogant, parasitic scumbag.
