STORE MANAGER LYING ABOUT CUSTOMERS STEALING. WASTING POLICE TIME.

My little brother and his friend went to this Ulta. Looking for some items for his girlfriend. The store manager ACCUSED and said, they SAW them on CAMERA STEALING. When in FACT THEY DID NOT. They called the police and had my brother and his friend followed to Target. Where the police officer confronted them. The police officer said, "The STORE MANAGER saw you stealing on the camera. I haven't seen the footage. But need your information, in case you did. Then we will charge you with a misdemeanor." When did looking around became a crime?

What do two GUYS want to steal from a beauty store? Makeup? Perfume? Brushes?

My brother and his friend insisted, they did not steal anything but looked around. They complied with the police officer and gave him their information. Have not heard one word from the police. NO CALL. NO PROOF. Because they did not steal anything but looked around.

Why do you think they were heading to target? They didn't find what he was looking for at this ULTA.

It seems the store manager will call the cops just for being in the store. Is that not the point of shopping? Browsing items, you will or might buy? The store manager was willing to lie for no reason to waste police time to look into something that never happened. I just want to say fuck you. Situations like that could have ended in a different manner.

Get your fat ass head out of your ass and stop trying to fuck with people for no reason.

I had to return foundation after Christmas with no receipt. We had trouble at first but after finding out when the gift was bought the sales manager let me return it with no problem. So happy! Great service!

Completely love this store! It's a great place to pick up drug store brand cosmetics as well as luxury brands like Butter and Urban Decay.
