I had a certificate for a free alignment from buying one of their overpriced tires compared to other competitors on the same type of tire . They changed me $130.00 for a 14 inch tire when I could have went to Discount tire for $70 or less. I went a separate time to redeem my certificate for an alignment. It seemed to me like they were trying to nitpick everything that was wrong with my car and more interested in making commissions of getting work from me. I didn't get the alignment and went home empty handed. It seemed they were being greedy

Provided by YP.comI first met Tommy Biggerstaff at their Mt. Juliet store in June 2014. He was willing to "work a deal" on two sets of tires, and living in Gallatin, I still was willing to drive and do business with him. Now that they have a Hendersonville location, and Tommy is there, I'll be visiting them more often and sending them my friends for their GREAT customer service. I highly recommend them..............
