Do NOT take anything of value here. EVER. They are either blatant thieves (just check out the deposit slip of exclusions & 'rules.' Nooo-they aren't doing anything suspect!) or benefit of the doubt (unlikely) they are just extremely poor jewelers. My experience has caused me to completely replace a $4k setting and band with too many tears to count. Just go somewhere else. Trust me.

I brought in my jewelry to be repaired and it turned out amazing!! They made my ring look brand new and the employees were very friendly!! I had taken it to several other area jewelers and Service Jewelry and Repair had the best price. And, to top it all off, it was done in 1 day!!! I will never take my jewelry anywhere else!
