I couldn't be happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. They know what they're doing and even did a couple of things to go the extra mile without a thought of trying to nickel and dime me. I would recommend them to anyone.

My home is warm again! After February 16th's big snow and ice storm, I returned home to find it cold. The next day I checked Superpages and found Mike's Heating and AC, which had a 5 star customer rating. Mike, the "Man", actually answered the phone and "talked me down from the ledge." In spite of all the winter storm related calls, his lead technician, Chance, was here when he said he'd be, and I wasn't charged for it being an emergency. The correct part was located and my gas pack heat resumed by noon. I can't thank Mike and Chance enough. I now know why they are so highly rated. I'll be replacing the upstairs unit this Spring. I know whom I'll be calling: Mike's.

I have used this company on 3 occasions and they were always prompt, polite and professional. They won't sell you anything you don't need like some of the big chains try. Most recently I had them install a new HVAC system for me. Their price was anywhere from $1000 to $1800 dollars lower than any other estimate I received for a comparable system. Highly recommended.

As a first time home owner picking a business to come out to your home can be stressful. I'm telling you go with Mike's! Chance came out to our home and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He didn't mind at all that I shadowed him, and answered every question I had. He did everything he could troubleshooting wise to make my unit run and didn't try to repair something that didn't need to be. Our gut told us to give our local business a shot and I am SURE GLAD we did. We'll be calling on them again if needed definitely without a doubt. No contracts, no hassle, no lies, no sales push!! Awesome job guys thanks!!!

That was easy! Mike and crew just replaced my gas pack and we are impressed. Very fair price, incredibly responsive, and guess what... Installers showed up 15 minutes early. When does that ever happen in the HVAC business? Chance was very low pressure when going over different choices and the installers were great. Sheet metal work was better than before. Other HVAC businesses in town should take notes on how to run an operation like this- be responsive, be low pressure when making a sales pitch, show up early, and do solid work. I'm sold. Thanks Mike and crew!

Servicing our air conditioner heating unit for about 3.5 years. Yesterday Jacky rearranged the schedule to fix my air conditioner. Tech's came out and were total gentlemen working around the house. I cant say enough about this company. If there was ever a top company in the United States type of vote, I would vote this company. Everybody is so polite and act like they appreciate the business. Were here within an hour and was done in time for me to have friends over for dinner.

Unbelievable service. Literally half the cost of the first bid I got and double the service. My air went out and they replaced the unit the next day. Mike is great.

Mike and his guys have done my a/c work for both my home and small business for a couple of years. They are always dependable and when I have an emergency I know they will be there quickly and get us back running. They understand that I need good work at reasonable prices. great team!

Mike came to my house and replaced my Aic conditioner and Heating unit. He gave me a good price. his work was exlant. he cleaned up everthing. and made me a verry happy customer I will always call Mike when i have a problem
