I brought back dead shrubs to the store because it is required per Lowe's policy. I was treated as if I were a criminal with no legal rights. I called corporate and complained and received a call back from a store manager. He offered no real resolution to the situation but he did apologize. The call felt as if he were doing enough to say to his up line that the situation was resolved. It was not good enough for me. As there are too many other options to shop and most in which offer better pricing. I will NEVER do business with this Lowe's ever again.
