HORRIBLE. I had all my Mom's China on the back of my uhaul and said do not even stack. Leave them on the back of truck. After they loaded my truck my China was on the very bottom stuck in the front of the truck buried under 100's of lbs of weight. We lost several pieces that had been I'm our family for over 50 years. The lady never would talk to us afterwards. We called looking for all the hardware for our beds they lost and never had a return call. It was the worst.
