Finding a good Home Inspector can be quite a challenge. I searched the internet meticulously and called at least 6 potentials. In talking with them I felt that I was "at their mercy", for it was obvious that they were taking advantage of an "in demand" need. I searched on. I found The Home Inspector LLC. The minute I heard Harold's voice I felt at ease. He answered ALL of my questions, and his fee was very affordable. The Seller and his agent as well as my agent and myself were 100% satisfied with him. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough and respectful in carrying out his inspection. His report was in my email by the evening as he had promised. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a really great, affordable home inspector. He was without a doubt the right choice!
