Serge did a faultless job for us! He answered my call promptly, we reviewed the problem (puppy-made hole in brand new rug) via text, photos and lengthy conversations, he came over later the same day and fixed it efficiently and expertly. The charges were reasonable as well.

I had wax on my living room floor that I tried to remove and made it worse. I am renting and was afraid I'd lose my deposit. I called Serge and he came to repair it within a few days. He showed up ON TIME and did a great job. No one can tell that the carpet was repaired. I'm very happy with his work and will call him again when I screw up another section!
