I called for a simple septic line hook up. He came out told me he would hook up the bathrooms for a price that we agreed upon. When he returned he stayed for 15 minutes left without any explanation and in his place were two gentleman who had no idea what they were doing . I looked at the job that was done a it was not done right I informed them of this and they did fix it . Then I was told that he would be back to look at it. He never returned and a week later we found a toilet had not been connected to the septic line. I called and he stated that he would come out and fix it at no cost , oh and he was very sorry for the mistake. He did come back out, got stuck in our yard, had the neighbor get him unstuck but not before he dug up the yard with his tires. The horrible part is he never fixed what I was told he would fix and for days never returned my phone calls. When I did finally get a hold of him he said that he was not coming back out to fix it, that he did not originally see that the toilet was there. How does a plumber not know to hook up a toilet to the septic line?!?! Then he went on to say that he did the job cheap in the first place and he would come back out but it would cost me. No thank you! I only gave one star so it would show up. Do not use this plumber if you have any hopes of having a job well done or finding someone who will stand by thier word. By the way I still have tire ruts in the front yard, he never made any mention of that when he wanted more money to do a job he should have already done in the first place!

This is the only plumber I will be using in the future. When Mr. Kinchen came to my place he was professional and respectful. I had called 2 other plumbers within a week about the same problem, needless to say it wasn't fixed...not until after Mr.Kinchen came out and fixed the problem. A month later and everything is still doing great. High five for a professional that is reliable and affordable.
