Long story short....Sold my house, moved into rental. First 6mos I was sick--dizzy, coughing, just tired. After 3 doctors I had gas/carbon monoxide and plumbing checked, trying to eliminate the cheapest culprits first. John came out and said the duct system probably has NEVER been cleaned (house is 25 yrs old). Landlady finally agreed and now I can breathe. I can't believe what a difference!! If you need your ducts cleaned and decontaminated, you need the right guy! THANK YOU JOHN!! And thank you, Rowena.

I had John the Duct Man come out a couple of days ago to clean my air ducts and dryer. He was prompt and extremely good at what he does. He took apart my dryer and cleaned everywhere inside it. I couldn't believe how many places were coated with lint. No wonder I never could keep that room clean! He did a great job! Then he cleaned all the vents using the latest technology, and did a fantastic job. This guy gets in and really works hard! And he also gave me some great advice about my dryer and also my air conditioner. He was willing to answer every question I had. I was completely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with John's expert service and professionalism when he cleaned my duct system (two air conditioners) and dryer vent last week. He worked diligently at all times and was very pleasant to have in my home. He knows his craft extremely well and he goes above and beyond what you might expect his services to include ... the extra mile! I would (and will) highly recommend his services to all of my family and friends.

I needed to have the Dryer Vent cleaned out and re-attached to the wall. John did a wonderful job. He was careful about the mess as it was raining like crazy outside - and he had to come in and out of the house several times. He took the time to explain all that he was doing on the job. He was polite and easy to speak to and understand. I would recommend The Duct Man to anyone who needs Dryer Vent service and I hope to have him back out within the next year to have all of the vents cleaned in the home.

What a great experience! We bought a home with a Casita that had been used for smoking. We sealed, repainted and recarpeted, but still had a slight cigar odor. John was on time and very courteous. He explained what was needed and how he would clean our vent system. John was very cautious to cover everything and made no mess at all. John performed the work for the amount quoted, although it took him longer that he had forecast - - no extra charges. John has all the professional equipment and the knowledge to use it properly. I am extermely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend The Duct Man of Nevada.

We just had John come to clean our dryer vent and he did an amazing job with a very difficult and very clogged vent. He's professional and personable. He explained what he was going to do and invited me to watch if I was interested in seeing what was stopping our dryer from drying. I was interested but not sure I should have been...yuck!! He did everything from the inner parts of the dryer to the outside vent. He even cleared a little lip of stucco from the edge of the vent that was blocking it just a smidge. It wasn't something that had to be done but it was going to help a little and he did it as a courtesy. He was respectful of our home bringing his equipment in and out and left our laundry room more dust free than when he started. We will absolutely call him when we're ready to do the air vents!! His price was exceptional for the service and the personality he brings. As my kids would say...."you rock"!! Oh, yeah, he was really sweet and patient with our kids too. Thank you John!!

Our dryer was not drying anything, so we got John's business card from my roommates work. He had done excellent work there. We called him up and he was able to fit us in quickly. The service was completely in a timely manor and John is incredibly friendly. I appreciated that he took the time to explain exactly what was happening and how to prevent it. In our case, cleaning out the underground vent for our dryer once a year and keeping an eye on the trap. He was affordable and even showed me how to fix our garage door on his way out! I'd recommend him to anyone. He knows his trade and he excels in it!- Am

I just had my dryer duct cleaned, and ended up with every nook and cranny of my dryer cleaned as well- from the insides of the dryer to the roof! He also passed on the knowledge I needed to maintain an energy-efficient, safe, clean dryer. I will be scheduling an appointment to have all my air ducts cleaned by him in the near future. THIS GUY DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!!!! John is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain to you what is going on. All you have to do is call and talk to him to see that this guy has obviously been doing this for awhile... The Best Service Person I Ever Let In My Home!!



I was lucky enough to call The Duct Man (John Frey) from seeing his ad in the yellow pages. Just by talking with him I got a sense that John was a “square shooter” and someone who would do a good job.



My luck continued when John told me he could come out the very next day. John arrived on time and went out of his way to keep my home clean. He laid out tarps on the floors and tarped by couch and bed. He explained the process and what he was going to accomplish. It really helps when you hire a perfectionist like John – he took his time and was very meticulous.



I had John do a complete system cleaning including the furnace and air handler. John discovered a tear in one of my flex ducts and another flex duct had partially come off the furnace which allowed dust and drywall dust to spew into the master bedroom. John repaired both ducts and did a complete cleaning of the furnace John was correct – if you're not going to clean the furnace and air handlers you might as well not even clean the ducts. The amount of dust he cleaned out of my furnace was amazing! John also cleaned out my dryer vent which was very dirty and discovered and removed a pair of gym socks that someone had stuck in the vent – sound like a true fire hazard to me! John also fogs the ducts with a decontaminating product that kills any mold, and seals in any remaining dust particles so they don't become airborne. During the entire process John took his time to make sure he did the job right – that's the perfectionist side of John. He also explained everything he did so I know a lot about my furnace and air ducts, which as a new homeowner, I really appreciate.



Johns prices I thought was very fair for the full system cleaning. If you are going to pay anybody to clean your ducts, don't waste your money on the guys who advertise $6.95 per ducts. Call The Duct Man!!! Thanks John!

I have had my home warranty company come out at least 3 times to clean my ducts. They never touched the dyer and twice in my attack and I still have no ventilation in one of my bedrooms. A yearly fee of 400.00+ and a 60.00 service call fee. Well John the Duct Man steps in and my dryer ducts are amazingly clean. The outside vent was full of stucco and every bit of lent found it's place over every part of my dyer, inside and out. It was an unbelievable mess. John was precise, timely, and the price was just as quoted. I won't hesitate to have him here every year. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone that cares about thire proper home performance Thank you John so very much..

WOW!!!! INCREDIBLY AWESOME! John Frey was on time, courteous, personable, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and went the extra 200 to get the job done. John explained everything as he did it, showed us the result of what was done, and even made all repairs to fix the vent pipe/hood on the roof that the original builder/vendors had left closed up and not even half done. By the way all that extra was for NO EXTRA CHARGE, we paid what was originally quoted, plus parts that I wanted changed out at a cost of only $5.00 extra. Extremely fair pricing. Additionally, we found that the dryer vent duct. the house was built in 1993, had never been cleaned out....we could have easily had a huge house fire had we not called John. We have a new dryer, 1-yr old, that was running atleast an extra half cycle or more to get our clothes dry, definitely not energy efficient even with our dryer is energy-efficient. When we are ready to do the whole house duct cleaning John is the only one we will gladly welcome into our home to do the work. Thank you John, and Yes, John is definitely old school with old school ethics, honesty and workmanship.

I am a pulmonary physician and highly recommend John Frey. He diagnosed our dryer lint problem and then treated it by checking the roof and removing the lint from the hood screen. Three other companies failed to do this before I called John. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent and the dryer itself. John was efficient and quick. He explained what he was doing. He made sure the dryer worked before leaving. He takes pride in his work. I definitely recommend The Duct Man to my asthma patients who need their house system vents cleaned to help them breathe better.

Excellent service. Already see a great improvement in dryer performance. Will call on John again.

I live in a second floor condo where the dryer vent exits on the roof. A neighbor recommended that I call the Duct Man after I had been ripped off by another duct cleaning company. The first company I hired had only come in for about 20-30 minutes, sent their wet-dry vacuum hose up the duct a couple times and left. I had no improvement in my drying. On the other hand, the Duct Man came and the first thing he did was go on the roof to see if the mesh at the end of the vent was clogged with lint. It was. Not only did the previous service not vacuum the lint away, they may have even packed it tighter against the top of the vent! The Duct Man proceeded to unclog the mesh, clean the entire dryer vent with a real HEPA vacuum, then open up my dryer and clean the lint from the interior as well. Now my drying takes no time at all and everything comes out completely dry. The Duct Man charged slightly LESS than the company that ripped me off, so I cannot recommend him enough.

Why did I choose Duct Man of NV instead of all the other companies that I have talked to that day? = He sounded like he really care about what he's doing. When I met him on service day I realized John is very passionate about what he does. That's what I'm looking for in people who comes to my house for anykind of service. Although I got quoted anywhere from $149.99 to $199.99 being the highest. I went with John who quoted me $585. Why? Because of the way he answered my questions on the phone. My kids have asthma, so I needed a good duct cleaning to help their conditions. Duct Man, spent 10 hrs working on my house v.s. the other company whom I paid $215 two yrs ago,

who spent 1hr & 40 min to clean my ducts. I am very pleased with his service.

Highly recommended even if he seems pricey! It's worth breathing clean air!

I can feel immediate difference in the air quality after he worked on my house.

FYI, I also happened to know the best carpet cleaner company in town.
