Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they sell Orijen dog food, which is all natural and so much healthier than other brands. I have nothing but praise and good things to say about the staff and the products.

Everyone at the store was so nice the first time I went in, They really cared about my dog and I love that it's a family owned business I'd go there over petsmart or petco any day, and the girl behind the counter was nice to me...

I walked into this store and told the girl behind the desk I saw their dog mascot on the corner and I thought he was great. She replied with some snarky remark about how they know he is great. Her attitude made me turn right around and walk out.

I wouldn't even give this store one star. I fell in love with a puppy, I made an offer on him, they accepted the offer and took my deposit- HOWEVER, my deposit did not hold the puppy as we had agreed upon, basically they sold him out from under me, with no regard for my feelings for this dog. Please do not shop here, everything in the store is overpriced, the people who own it are not honest. Please rescue your new pet from a shelter, you can save a life, and some money.
