i wouldnt even waste a star on this henderson location. the receptionist was very polite but everyone else were very unprofessional. lets start out that the trip was for my 3 yr old daughter and they ALL failed to to tell me they were out of butterfly needles. the woman who drew from my daughter not only used an adult needle but messed up so she jiggled the needle in her arm, poked her again and jiggled some more over and over, she then fills a little bottle im thinkin' shes almost done but then she tells the other woman whos holding my daughters arm "i lost it" and had to start over just to fill the second little bottle. im sure babies and little children are a handful but surprisingly my babygirl was very still even though i was holding her tightly and the other woman had her other arm while she was a baby pin cushion for the one drawing the blood who just seemed to jiggle the needle in her arm. yes my daughter was screaming her little heart out but she was very good at being still so i dont know how it would of taken sooo long. then as im conforting her when the horror was finally over she started bleeding out her band aid i tell the woman "SHES STILL BLEEDING" so she gave her a new one and i was holding it tight to stop the bleeding and cuddling her at the same time. the woman who also had broken english then says" okay thats it...your done..your done now!" rushing us out of her room when i didnt even get to put my own jacket on. boo to them!
