I found this shop full of expertise, professionalism n promptness. Not sure why some gave fewer stars. Manager, is up front n showed me just what was wrong, including my options. They have many promos, n I learned, they're willing to work with me, concerning pricing. I recommend this place, w/o a doubt...

This is the 2nd time I've come here for a smog. I will always come here! It's always fast, great customer service and right by my house.

Went in for oil change. Dannie came and took me out to car. He said my shocks were all leaking and bad. Also said i needed new brakes. quoted me 1100 for shocks and 350 for brakes. i said i would wait. i had maximum coverage on car. went to the chrysler dealership and told them. they checked and said i had no problem with brakes nor was there anything wrong with my shocks. dannie tried to rip me off. tried to get owners name to talk to him and cannie wouldn't give it to me. BEWARE total rip off

Miserable people - how they remain in business is beyond me. I went in with a coupon to get a smog check. When asked for my name by the young man at the counter, I replied Mr. ________. He asked for my first name and I teased "Mister" whereupon he advised me to take my business elsewhere! Of course I immediately headed for the door never to return.

This company did not take care of the interior of my vehicle while it was in their possession. They damaged my radio which is inoperable now, by spilling something on it and the console. They will not take any reponsibility for it. Beware!!!

I went there a month ago to just check my brakes. After checking they come up to me me saying its not at all drivable. I believed them at first. The price they showed me was $1350. They said it was for new pads rotors and sensors. I was not going to spend so much on a car i got for 5K........Then they say that they can do it with $550 by just polishing or something like that to rotors. I was like okk....Brake pads were bad .....agreed. But the rest. They didn't even give me any warranties. He opened the hood and is liek I cannot belive u have been driving this car safely. there was a lenght of wire{not electrical} to hold on to the accelerator. He said that it could go off any time. He kept on saying shot things like "If you drive a BMW, u have to be ready for costly repairs." When i said no.....he said" I don't really care if your car stalls somewhere, I am just tryng t o help u." I somwhow got outta that place.I checked other local shop like brake masters(they all have lifetime for the same service)

He said my car would be ;like new again. But now its making more squeaky sounds than ever. I am planning to go there soon. And beat the shiet out of them..........this time they really pissed me off. I will look for that skinny asss dude fosho...........

My name is Clair Hamaker and I would have left a zero star rating if I could have because these guys are MORE then happy to rip you off. We took our car in to get tuned up and they charged us for things you couldn't do to our car because of how the engine is built. Which we didn't find out until we looked in our car manuel. And they REFUSED to refund our money. They are happy to prey upon naive customers uneducated in car stuff. Which is totally bogus because you go to a mechanic because you don't know enough to fix your car and you are depending on and PAYING them for their knowledge of just that. I will never go these guys EVER again. I don't care how many coupons for their business comes in the mail.
