Do not use this doctor if you are trying to schedule a surgery. If you need a pre operative evaluation completed I highly urge you to use a different doctor. Dr Trans office refused to fax my evaluation to my surgeon causing me to have to cancel 2 separate surgeries. When I would call about this matter the office manager would say that she already faxed the information. I called later and was told that there were alot of patients ahead of me and that my surgeon would have to wait. I hope this helps you. Good luck and good health

Dr. Tran is a pleasure to visit. His staff is very professional and careing. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who desires a doctor that really cares and treats you as family. He has been my doctor for 4 years and I have never had a bad experience with him or his staff. The only problem that I have is there is no TV in the waiting room, but again, the staff is so fast and appointments are nearly always on time, there would be little time to watch TV. Dr. Tran is a thorough doctor who listens and cares! The office staff is very friendly and helpful! They will even get you in if they do not have an opening! (Hardly any wait at all!!!) He was my mother's doctor and I have now switched over as well!!
