Even though my procedure was quite late, I found comfort with one of your RN's. His name is H.L. He was so kind and very thorough! I had many questions due to my Doctors office not calling me the day before and he didn't mind answering All of them! He made sure that I was very comfortable and also had a warm blanket too! I must add that my fear of needles he.. held my hand while I was getting my IV. You are very fortunate to have such an asset within your company! He really is the Best and this was only his 2nd day!!!
