Went yesterday for an oil change and even though it took a while,it was worth the wait..they even washed my car at no extra charge but as a thank you to me for coming to them! I'll definitely be back. The girls at the desk were awesome.

My auto did not pass smog so i took it to Firestone to find out what I needed to repair it and their quote was $ 2,400.00. As i was unemployed this was not an option for me. I stressed about this for a few months an a friend told me about Imperial Auto repair. They have a five star rating for a reason, they offer 5 star service. My vehicle was fixed for $ 523.00 and that included my back brakes that Firestone never even told me about. They even detailed my car. Great service, friendly, kind, efficient, and accomodating. GREAT SHOP. I will not go anywhere else!

Just had retractable steps installed on my new Ford 150 pickup. I brought the steps into the shop they installed them. The installation was professional and the cost was fair. I had to wait a bit more time than I liked but they were busy, I should have just dropped it off. Friendly staff. Enjoyable experience.

It's not every day you can find a care repair place you can trust. After I met with Loren the owner and listened to him talk about our car and what it needed, I felt very comfortable in letting him fix it. He let me know after the work was done if there was a problem to bring it back in. There wasn't a problem but I felt he treated our car like his own. Loren took time to show us the problems of our car and explained every last detail and the importance of getting the problems fixed. I never felt pressured nor did I feel like I was being misled on the repairs. They have the latest computerized equipment to diagnose any problems. I will be back.

This place is awesome! Where else do you see the owner, at least 45+, as an ASE Expert Certified Mechanic working on cars? They did a front-wheel alignment that was superb. It took them four hours, they only charged $85. We had a car detailed there, the best job we have ever seen! They are honest. They are busy. There is a reason why they are busy, it is because they do a great job!

When you can send your 16 year old for help with car and know she is helped to learn how to maintain maintenance and not charged for services that are not needed. It is awesome to feel that secure with a place when your a single parent on a budget and get honest service.

I was a college student living in Las Vegas and didn't know any good, honest mechanics. These guys are awesome!!! I took my car in after a horrible experience with Midas and they fixed my problems at a low honest rate. I've been taking my car there now for 2 years and recomend them to all my friends. Not one person I know has ever had a bad experience with them. Always a low, honest price, and they fix the problem. What more do you want? As long as I'm in Las Vegas I'll only take my car to Imperial.

I am a single young female in Las Vegas. I took my car to a dealership to have a simple leak repaired. For a thermastat and a cracked housing the estimate was almost $500. An annoymous person recommended that I take my car to Imperial Truck and Auto. I took the car in dropped it off and at 10am. By 12pm they had an estimate and asked if they could fix the car before they closed at 3pm. By 2:30 that day i was on the road paying almost a third of what I would have paid at the other place. They were friendly, efficient, and wonderfully priced. I appreciate what they did for me so much. I would reccommend them ten times over to anyone!
