I don't want to waste your reading time, so let me highlight this HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING company called "Ideal."
- we reiterate all the 1 and 2 star comments on YELP, TRUE, TRUE, TRUE!
- they NEVER return your calls
- we NEVER spoke to a manager or the owner because "they are always not in"
- we had no AC for THREE WEEKS through 113 and 115 weather
- apparently no one knows how to "take notes" because when we called (almost every day) there were never any notes that "they could see"

I mean the list goes on and on. Save your time, sanity, and dollars. Use a company that cares about the service they are providing. It's definitely NOT Ideal.

Claudia called me, gave me a 45 min ETA and technician showed up on time. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with. I will recommend them to others.

Had an amazing experience with Ideal Services when my water heater broke the other day and they came right out and fix it. The plumber was polite and worked diligently on the repair until it was completed. The office staff Claudia was polite, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Thanks Ideal Services!

I was really pleased with the prompt service provided by Steve M. Our A/C went out on a very hot day. Steve came very quickly and solved the problem in a really professional manner. I would recommend Ideal Services and Steve for any electrical problems.

I was very pleased with the job that their technician, Steve, did for us. The weather was very hot and our A/C gave up the ghost. Steve arrived PDQ and got our air conditioner up and running really fast. I would recommend Steve and Ideal Services any time.

My service from Ideal could not have been better. The electrician named Steven was on time, called to let me know when he would arrive, solved the problem and explained how all the electrical panels and outlets worked in our new home. We are new to the area and it is always a trying time to find companies to work with that you trust, I TRUST this company and Steven.

Ideal services was called by our home warranty company for some plumbing issues we've had for a long time. JP (Jerome) came out and met our needs fully. He's very personable and let us know what he was doing to fix the issues before and as he fixed them. He recommended places to call for our other services needed, which was very helpful. We are more than satisfied with the customer service that Ideal Services provided us and will recommend in the future.

Had Ideal out again today, one of my bulbs literally blew up one night & burned the string right in half on my backyard lights...see my photos. I thought they'd be a goner, I had Ideal install them several years backs for my parents 50th wedding anniversary soirée & use them every chance I get! They're so beautiful I've had several neighbors actually stop by asking where I got them! They illuminate my yard with such a great ambient light & I just LOVE them! I always write reviews when I'm traveling & forget my local guys! Here's to you IDEAL Services! Thanks for everything! They've done landscape lights, interior lights, did all the electrical, plumbing & installed my a/c units on my home addition & recently the plumbing & lighting in my kitchen remodel! This is truly a one stop shop. Support your local small businesses!
