They are always try to come up with any idea get your bill increase. Don't let them manipulate by water usage. Before the contract, they will say it will only charge you 5 dollar per month. but it will end up going 40 bucks per month. Please there is tons of place near Green valley, you can pay less and the condition Is way better. please don't even think about living in here. Please Simple stupid move, your whole year going to be stuck on their control.

This place is horrible! They tend to your maintenance requests when they feel like it, that is if they remember to take the request when you call in and don't bother to refer anyone to live here. You won't get the referral fee even though you've signed a referral agreement. Take your business elsewhere!!
