Terrible service. Not once, but twice in the last 3 months I walked in for a pedicure and waited for over 30 minutes only to not receive any service at all!! No bottled water which is included in the premium pedicure, not even offered a bottled water. I went in for a pedicure and waited for 15 minutes by the door then put my feet in the water only to wait another 30 minutes and still not get service. I watched a whole episode of Grey's Anatomy on Netflix which is 40 minutes long and nothing. I asked for a towel to dry my feet and when they saw I was upset and about to leave is when they wanted to help me. Thanks but no thanks. Your best bet is to make an appointment or go in the morning before they get busy. I've been going there for 7 years and when they changed owners the service went down the drain. I stopped going for a while and came back to see if things changed and it did not. They have lost my $60 for the second and last time. Never again. Terrible customer service.

I went to this salon today because of the previous review. Luckily, I got to see Mimi. She did a great job on my nails, and she was nice and professional. The salon was neat and clean, too. I'll will definitely be back.

if you are really tired of your nails breaking and lifting, you need to go see Mimi.I have been going for over a year now, with terrific results. The salon is clean and nice, and the spa pedicure is very relaxing.
