This is an example of elder abuse. This place is dirty and neglected. The people left for care here are at the mercy of a cruel, sneaky, careless woman: who should be investigated. I believe they would not only close this place, but criminally charge the owner.
The one star is only because this site requires a star rating to publish this review, the only star Feli should see is a Sheriff's badge!
