My vehicle was treated with professional hands and never had to worry. I have lived in Henderson since 1999 and have never found until now a mechanic that all the dealerships love. Elite is my mechanic now for good!

I drive 200 miles 1 way to have this shop still work on my car! I moved to AZ and do not want to look for someone else when I have this shop that I trust explicitly with my car. They are worth every dollar I spend because after I leave I know my car is at top performance as I like it. An oil change? Maybe I would let someone else do it but so far I have not had to. Thank you Rob, Shar and Shaun for knowing I have no worries about the problems that may arise in the future with my wheels!!

Took my car to Elite Automotive and I must say how inpressed I was with the service. Both owners were on the property and went over everything I needed and showed me actully what was needed before doing any work on my car. As advertised the hourly shop prices are way cheaper than the dealership and surrounding garages. Great Place for repairs in Henderson I'm hooked!!!! Thanks Guys

I had just moved back to the Las Vegas area and my power window broke, I didn't want to take it to a dealer where the cost is too high and they're more interested in selling you a new car than repairing your old one. I also was reluctant to take it to a franchise tire place because the mechanics tend to be inexperienced and they try to sell you things you don't need. I brought my Monte Carlo to Elite without an appointment and they took it in immediately, quoted me a fair price in ten minutes and had it fixed 2 1/2 hours later. They were as nice as can be and even showed me around the shop when I picked it up. I now have a new mechanic that I can trust!

Driving all day long at least 8 or 9 hours a day I don't want to deal with the hassle with going to a mechanic... but, here I don't feel that way! The team and the environment at elite automotive is amazing.. great customer service.. friendly environment.. fast and easy I would never go any where else! PLUS They have TV and WIFI so I don't get bored.. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else!

I have had my Toyota FJ worked on and now have all my regular service done at this shop. They are professional, fair and do work in a timely manor. Give them a try and you will be back. My gf brings her small kia there as well. Clean environment you get a good feeling they will take care of you and your car and they have never let us down.

"WE FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME" this is very true according to our experience with Elite Automotive, Henderson, Nevada. We were visiting with families in Nevada on a 127 degrees weather when the a/c unit on our Honda Odyssey broke. Thanks to the very accommodating owner of Elite Mr. Rob Confer, a kind, honest, & reliable guy. He accommodated us fist thing in the morning after July 4th ( even returning our call during a holiday to assure us that he will have our van worked on the very next day). We drove home to Kansas with a cold a/c that we are still enjoying to this very day. Excellent service and reasonably priced...No hidden charges. They indeed fixed it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! If you ever needed a great mechanic you need look no further. This shop surpasses any I have been to in the past 4 years in looking for "my" mechanic. I will not take my car anywhere else ever. This shop is fair in pricing, keeps you informed of what is going on with your car, and stands behind their work. I will always be a loyal customer to them they have been so good to me.

I recently moved to Henderson and did not know of a good car repair shop. I received a flyer on my car windshield from Elite Automotive. I checked on the Internet to see if they were recommended by others. The other reviews were very good so I decided to try them. I asked for their air conditioning and oil change specials. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. for today. I was out in no time at all. The service was fast and my air conditioner in my car was blasting cold when I got in. The owner, Rob, and his daughter, were exceptionally friendly. The prices were so reasonable. I would definitely recommend Elite Automotive to all of my friends!

I was recommended to Elite Automotive after another horrible shop "said" they fixed my car....to the tune of $6000 when the engine suddenly blew about three weeks later! I was a complete mess with no hope until I had my first conversation with Rob (the owner of Elite Automotive). At that overstepping I could tell I was dealing with a truly kind, honest and sincere person! Rob began looking for a new engine and found me four different engines to choose from! He even then came to me at work to sign papers because I couldn't get away! He kept in contact with me daily and still does to this day to see how the car is running! The repairs were finished extremely quick and I was back on the road. I couldn't even list all of the things he went out of the way to do for me! He took pictures of the previous damage without even having me ask and even offered to take me to the airport to return my rental! To sum it all up....they do AMAZING work and I for one will be a customer for life!!!

This place is great! It's so hard to find a good dentist let alone a mechanic! Great customer service.. workable prices.. if there was one word to describe this place.. it would be AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service!! My BMW recently ran out of factory warranty and I hate to pay dealerships outrageous service rates. I heard about Elite from one of my co workers who has her car service there. I never like going to a service facility but they truly made me feel comfortable and even took the time to invite me out while my car was being worked on so I could see first hand what was going on. Definitely would recommend these guys to everyone.

For once I actually felt good leaving a repair facility! My BMW is just out of warranty and I had the first major repair that I had to pay for. I had a quote from Desert BMW and not only did Elite blow their price away but actually fixed a bunch of other little issues for me at no charge. I am very happy and will definitely be coming back for all my service.
