After waiting for about 2 hours in the office (not my fault I was 30 min early) did not get to see the actual Dr. I saw a nurse practitioner, who after looking at my finger (not swollen, not red, no visual problems, just pain) she was about to send me for blood work. I asked why and she said to rule out arthritis. I told her that I ride ATV's and my have hurt it a couple weeks earlier. She still thought blood work was necessary. I was thinking more of an X-Ray . I decided to leave since really nothing had been done. I did go to a real Dr. (Dr.Tsai amazing DR!) and was sent for X-rays, and ultimatly diagnosed my problem.



To make matters worse my insurance was still charged.



HORRIBLE!!!!

Doctor Welborn is an intelligent doctor. Doctor calls indicating any test results are not an option with this office. Be prepared to reschedule office visits for every follow-up you may have: to review any test, refill, etc. Plan ahead to be sure that you reschedule your "reviews" in advance or be prepared to see an assistant or else wait roughly two weeks to be able to be fit in with the Doctor. Should simple phone calls to discuss prescription changes be something you might need to do, be prepared for the office to not be able to communicate with the assistant or doctor. If you should decided to check throughout the day if the doctor has been contacted and finally at the end of the day point out how unprofessional their communication process is and that this will be brought up to the doctor be prepared to receive a cancellation of you and your family's patient/client relationship from the office via certified mail. Extremely unprofessional?
