We had our heater go out this winter and didnt know what to do, i called this company after calling 3 others in our area and the other three couldnt make it to our house; that same day this company had a tech out within a half hour. My heater was broken, they fixed it and had it up and running that same day. I thought it would ruin our christmas due to the cost but it wasnt bad at all and not only did we still have a great holiday but we were warm .

My experiences with Desert Valley Heating and Cooling have all been A+. I have used their services for my personal residence along with several of my rental properties. Even in the heat of the summer, they have always been able to accommodate me with prompt, friendly, affordable service. I trust Desert Valley with all of my heating and cooling needs. They are the best in town!

The technician arrived quickly. However, they kept adding charges and lied about the amount York charged them. They end up double charging for everything the customer receives. When you ask for an explanation of the bill they get rude and argumentative and refuses to give us information. He even refused to give us the main number for York. They told us that Shipping and Handling was 50 on our part, yet when we called the place they picked up the part they were only charged 25. However, the A/C is still under a 5 year warranty. We should not have been charged for the part at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

The technician who arrived was proficient. Diagnosed problem quickly. Replacement part on hand. Added coolant. Even went as far as to tighten up the A/C so that it wouldn't vibrate as much. Quieted it. A/C up and running within a 1/2 hour upon his arrival. Would recommend to others.

I cannot even begin to explain the problems we were having with our air conditioning unit. It was noisy and not working at all. We had other techs come out to fix it, 4 times in two years and finally Desert Valley Heating and Cooling came to our rescue. They installed a new unit very quickly and efficiently not to mention with the highest of professionalism at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!!! Now I can enjoy my backyard and not get startled when the unit comes on!!!!

I received 5 quotes from other companies, and you were the only company that was honest with me about the problem I was having with my air conditioner! Everyone else told me I had to replace my unit, and you took a quick look and it was a 10 minute job to fix it!
