What a disappointment, the name "Christian" should be removed from their title. The curriculum is one of the best out there but the actions of the teachers and some administrators are complete opposite of what they preach. I've heard from so many students that they feel degraded and insulted each day. There are REAL Christian schools in Henderson, do your research first my friends.

The school is not a Christian facility at all and they should be shut down. I have seen one of the teachers throw desks and put there hands on the children. Take my advice and don't waste the money on going there!

I have never taken the time to write a review till now. When reading a review as a parent I trusted what I read. I am sorry I did. Not sure why these parent were unhappy. Only thing I can think of is they didn’t uphold their agreement. I tried another daycare for my child and found it wasn’t a good fit. I decided to check out DJS and see for myself as everything I was looking for in a preschool DJS offered it for my child. I have been with DJS for a year and what a difference in my child. I am very happy that I took a chance to check out DJS for myself. The staff is remarkable and are always up beat, caring for every child as they were their own. We all have to remember not to trust everything we read is true. There is always two sides to the story. My child will be there till 8th grade.

DJ's Christian Academy is just the best little school ever. It really is a community of Christian love between the staff the children and the families. Mrs. V's Kindergarten class is always wayyyyyyy ahead of public school teachings. My 5 yr old learned to read, write in cursive, spanish basics, friendship, respect, and a true love of GOD in one year.Now as a first grader, my son is doing 2nd grade math, reading full chapter books of 20-40 pages, taking guitar and soo much more. My goodness what more could a loving parent want for their child.

I made a big mistake by bringing my kids to this place. I am so pleased to have removed my child.

The staff is terrible and the owner is worse. I have had nothing but problems with the school and removed my child. BEWARE if you car for your kids don not place them in that school.

The curriculum at DJS is the greatest ever. When looking at a value of cost on education there is none. I am proud to say my son whom is 4 years old is reading at a Kindergarten level. We are looking forward in putting our son in the Academy. Thanks to the Owner Debbie for making great dessions for our children. With lots of Love from our family.

I caught a teacher abusing my child! This matter was brought forth to the owner and the teacher was not fired!!!!! Also, I brought my kids in when lunch was not even half way over and they refused to feed my children even though it was already paid for! How can I trust this facility to take care of my kids when these horrible things take place in plain site?!
