My 2nd visit: exam was very thorough and professional. I ordered my glasses there, and that's when the problems arose. The features were supposed to be exactly the same as my present glasses except for the prescription strength. They were not. I waited a bit over 2 weeks for the glasses. When I went in to finish paying for them and pick them up, I found out they didn't have the transitions lenses (they are supposed to darken outside and be normal inside). Now, not only do I have to wait at least another week, minimum, I also had to pay another $100 extra for their mistake. These glasses were supposed to be cheaper than using my insurance..turns out they were more. I am not a happy camper.
