I worked for this company as an A/C tech. in the mid 90's and all was goo till the owner hired this goof named "Joe" as a supervisor and he instantly didn't like me, prejudice I suppose ...no other reason I can surmise. He was on me the first minute he met me. He was a short Italian dude who had a big image of himself and he was very manipulative. I was sent to a new buildind construction to do a start up of an A/C unit and when I was done at the end of the day he had reported to the owner that he had done the startup already so I had just said I did it and had not actually done the job which I had...because he lied and got me fired because he didn't like me on sight.

Carl's Air Technician was on time, charged me the price they quoted, was professional and really made me feel good that my AC was working properly after he left. I had worked with another company who ended up charging me more than they had quoted due to a "disposal fee," he was late, and a few weeks later my AC was make odd noises. When the tech came back out he indicated that my AC required some additional repairs which the original tech had not caught. I was not happy and so I switch to Carl's and have had not problems since.

This company responded promptly on a Saturday and gave me many options to help save me money. I check with 2 other local companies and they wanted me to change everything and were much higher! Thanks Carl's!
