I currently live in a property managed by Black & Cherry Real Estate and Property Management, the staff is very professional and have exceptional customer service. One of the property managers is very easy to work with. She is efficient and always tries to offer a prompt solution. The staff are easy to work with and efficient, they are doing an awesome job!

Their property management skills are like no other. I have went though 2 different property management companies, and to keep a long story short, they were not good. I never got my rent on time, and they would send me paper billing in the mail (which half the time I dont know if they were actually sending, or if it got lost since i never got it). Black and Cherry has really changed my rental around. Everythign is automatic, and through email (which I prefer.) I am working on purchasing another rental because this has ran so smooth. Ashley Hawk and her team is the BEST!!!

Ashley haws should win an award for being so incredible. I moved to Las Vegas about 6 months ago when my job transferred me. I was short on time to find a house to live in and if you know anything about the market, the house were flying off the market. I had applied for 3 properties before I finally found black and cherry. Companies were taking my app fee and then telling me less than 24 hours they went with someone else.. SCAM if you ask me. I told Ashley my situation and she got me over to an agent that showed me properties for 2 days and helped me apply. Ashley knew I was pressed for time and pushed my application thru and presented it to the owner. I got approved and they released keys 48 hours later because I had a moving truck. Sometimes as a tenant it seems like we are just the bottom of the list, but Ashley and her agent really made me feel like I was important in this process. Again, thank you so much Ashley Hawks. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental property.

Best Property Management company around. After self managing for over 10 years, my wife and I decided it was our time to retire and stop worrying about our rental properties. We wanted to travel, so we contacted Ashley. She rented out our property and our 3 rentals. she makes things SO easy for someone on the road, she handles all the repairs on the properties, direct deposits straight into my account, I get a statement monthly for each individual property. I highly recommend Ashley and her team

After searching for months online, I finally gave Black and Cherry a call to help with the purchase of a rental property. Ashley hawks truly walked me through it every step of the way, since I was not going to be living in the property I did not know where to start, or what I was actually looking for. Ashley sent me about 15 listings and we narrowed it down to 4 properties and then after viewing them I knew exactly which one. Once the sale went through Ashley listed the property for rent, and get this.... IT RENTED IN 2 weeks. She helped me from start to finish with the purchase and listing of rent, getting a tenant, and leasing the property. She makes this job look seamless. Thank you Ashley and her team for all the help with my new rental property. I will continue use her for my future rentals, and I recommend everyone use her too.

Love this company! They were efficient and professional when applying for my rental property. I got my approval within 3 days and Susan was very thorough and friendly when explaining my move in process. My roommates and I are very happy in our home and we recommend Black and Cherry to anyone looking to lease a home in Las Vegas! If we ever move, we will try to get into another their homes.

Super unprofessional!! Thank god I am not dealing with these people directly. Trying to help a friend out and read some of the emails they've sent to their customer who is asking for help paying rent! The emails are short, rude and offer absolutely no help. I work in customer service and those emails are not acceptable! I'm not even getting into all the things that have gone wrong since he started dealing with them. Stay away! Seriously!

Eloff and his staff helped us sell our house in less than a month and he made the process a breeze! They were able to get us several offers after just a few days on the market, and we opened escrow at a really high price (higher than 2 years of comps supported). They were professional, attentive and overall just pleasurable to work with. We were so thrilled with the outcome and truly felt like he acted as if it was his own house he was selling!! Every promise was met with action instead of just fluff. Thank you for everything you did, Eloff.

Black & Cherry was awesome. Bob Jacobson helped me find my new home and was fast and responsive. I went through 3 other agents before finding one who would actually return my phone calls in the same day! The who office was very nice too. I would reccomend Black & Cherry to anyone looking for a home.
