Witness an employee selling drugs to customer n manager allowed it to happen she went n huged the customer while the dealer walked back to his station n proceeds to get on phone very disturbing

On 7-9-09 went to get some food got home to find my fries that I paid for was not in the bag. (the week before was the biscuits) When I call the store I ask to speak to the manager when I told her what happen she told me the only thing she could do was to write my name down. When I preceeded to tell her about last week when I did not call she hung up on me. I drove to the store because they would not answer the phone the manager Von Harper told me the only thing he could do was to give me my fries. It was not about the fries it was about their don't give a damn attitude about the customers. I have been in customers service for 30 years people do make mistakes but it's how you handle it. When I ask the manager for the 800 number he said there was none when it was on the door.(WOW) he might be the problem. Yes I was really upset for being hung up on. Maybe they need to have better training or coaching. He did give me the name Kenneth Lecompte. Mr. Lecompte if you are the owner of this franschise I hope you find better people to manager you place. Because you know and I know the best advistement is word of mouth and I will talk about it every chance I get. She only had to apologize thats all it would have taken. Now its too late. I hope Mr. Lecompte you get to the bottom of this because you can loose one customer at a time. And yes I did call the 800 number and reported this they said they would give it to upper management. I will give it a couple of days if no contact I will call back.









WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTER. ITS NOT ABOUT THE FRIES THAT I PAID FOR
