Called and scheduled with no problems and a very good price was quoted. When my car was returned to me and the technician said "I got it pointed toward the road so you don't have to back out"......twice he told me this. Should've known something was strange. Oh, I was informed they take cash only (no checks and no credit cards AFTER they started removing the glass!! I was paying out of pocket. Anyhow, drove home to SC for thanksgiving and wow there was so much wind noise!! The tech broke my window trim piece in 3 places AND GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER! Called them back and told them and she said she would have him replace it but it will cost ME $93. I wouldn't have commented if honesty was involved and they would've just said I'm sorry I broke it and I did my best to fix it. (It looks like $&/t!) I recommend you stay away and pick a more reputable company. That's my first and only complaint about anything/anyone in this nice state.
